Freeway Chevrolet is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. Core Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.


• Help maintain clean, safe, and operational service areas, showrooms, and office spaces.


• Perform minor cosmetic repairs including paint touch ups, drywall repairs, etc.  


• Maintain organization of maintenance areas and supplies.


• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience required.


• Basic knowledge of tools, building systems, and repair techniques.


• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.


• Strong attention to detail and thorough workmanship.


• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.


• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

This is a full-time position offering a Monday – Friday schedule; some weekends may be required on an as needed basis. This role is responsible for all dealership maintenance tasks and requires working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
