Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in fixing problems, improving facilities, and keeping buildings operating at their best? Daigle Cleaning Systems is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support commercial properties through preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Pay Range $20 - $30 per hour

What You'll Do

·        Perform routine facility inspections

·        Complete preventative maintenance on building systems

·        Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues

·        Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls

·        Perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, and facility upkeep

·        Maintain maintenance logs and inspection records

·        Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed

·        Ensure facilities meet safety and compliance requirements

·        Assist with landscaping and snow removal activities

·        Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

·        5+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience

·        Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems

·        Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

·        Customer-service mindset

·       OSHA, EPA, HVAC, NATE, CPR, or related certifications are a plus

·        Reliable transportation
