Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others?
We’re seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician II to provide maintenance and repairs of all agency facilities.

What We Offer:

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Total: 40hrs

What You’ll Do:

• Daily repairs of agency facilities


• Organize and prioritize work orders


• Update and maintain the Facility Management database on the computer


• Maintain and organize the maintenance garage, storage spaces and vehicle


• Painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry and moving agency facilities as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Trade School Certifications


• 18 years or older


• 5 Years’ Experience Required


• Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License
