Facility Manager

Job title: Facility Manager

Location: El Paso, TX

Duties:

• The applicant shall ensure routine inspections are conducted daily for the compound and weekly for additional facilities that are classroom related or used for storage.
• The applicant shall conduct routine safety inspections on exterior Barracks and facilities to include structure, rails, lighting, doors, electronic door lock, locks, stairs, pavilion (lighting, outdoor furniture, receptacles), waste and recyclable dumpster, parking lots to ensure safety and in working order.
• The applicant shall conduct routine safety inspections on interior Barracks and facilities to include quarters, quarters restroom and whatnot.
• The applicant shall conduct room inspections.

Education/Qualification:

• The applicant shall have a Texas State Class A or B license to operate a 4x2 and 42-45 passenger bus.
• The applicant shall be able to maneuver furniture items for inspections, cleanliness, arrangements, and or replacements.
