Job Summary:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating the activities related to plant operations and maintenance. This includes ensuring safe and efficient operation of the hospital’s physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utility systems, and grounds.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining performance and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring the competency of all facilities personnel
• Participating in budget formulation and monitoring departmental efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
• Assisting in hospital security management
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required; engineering, construction, or facilities-related background.
• Previous management level experience Preferred.
