Factory Operator

Job Summary:

Join our hands-on production team assembling and fabricating components into finished registers, grilles, and diffusers. We’ll train you to succeed—no prior experience required.

Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | $18.50-21.00/hr depending on experience | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of repetitive tasks to assemble and fabricate parts using hand and power tools


• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality


• Maintain organized production records


• Collaborate with teammates, maintaining good communication to achieve efficient production processes


• Support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail


• Comfortable using tape measures (down to 1/16" preferred)


• Flexible and reliable in a fast-paced setting


• Experience with wood, steel, or aluminum is a plus

👷 Work Environment

• Warehouse/production setting with PPE required. Expect a mix of walking, lifting, and hands-on tasks


• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds properly
