About the Team:
Supply Chain Factory Services (SCFS) delivers configuration services and drives the strategy, transformation, and capability expansion needed to support business growth. The team focuses on scaling factory services, enabling new market opportunities, and improving operational performance through process excellence, automation, AI, and digital integration.
About the Role:
This role leads strategy, process transformation, analytics, and capability development for SCFS. The Senior Manager partners across product management, category, delivery, engineering, factory operations, and finance to drive growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational leadership, and strong digital and business acumen, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and develop a team of high performing, senior individual contributors.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
