What you’ll be doing:

• Aiding in the implementation and continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical equipment for the assembly floor and work cells
• Maintaining system performance and performing preventative maintenance activities for all locations with a focus on electrical specifications
• Implementing, training, and troubleshooting torque-related equipment, camera equipment, sensors, and electrical test boxes
• Setting up production cells to include PLC and IoT devices that will collect cell data
• Demonstrating cross-functional competency and good decision-making skills
• Showing an aptitude for continuously training on current and new technology and fixtures
• Demonstrating adaptability to perform under stress and maintain focus in critical or unusual situations
• Performing other operations-related duties and/or special assignments as required

WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. Requirements

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Two-year associates in related field, 5 years of experience or high aptitude in electrical components and electro mechanical systems
• Proficiency in a variety of software programs including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems 
• Ability to travel 10% of time to WCI US locations
• Independent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to a minimal amount frequently.
