About the Role We are seeking a dedicated FAIR Case Specialist to join our team. Our FAIR Case Specialist team responds promptly to hotline calls, addresses urgent household stressors, and helps create safe, supportive environments where children can thrive. The FAIR Case Specialist team focuses on preventing reentry into foster care, keeping families safely together, and resolving family conflicts.
The qualified FAIR Case Specialist will:
- Review information provided by County Intake Department and assess client needs.
- Engage families in service and treatment planning to promote family unity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of service provision.
The qualified FAIR Case Specialist will have:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
