Procedures:

Basic Family Practice in Primary Care setting - MUST see all ages. Wellness exam, cold, cough, flu, illnesses, earaches, UTI's, etc.

License Needed:

Active KY

Certifications Needed: 

DEA, BC/BE, BLS

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: 

Looking for a ABFM physician that’s ideally a Kentucky native. Must see all ages, typically 2-3 years of age and above. Needing an experienced FP provider who can come in and hit the ground running, so having experience with Athena is ideal.
