Degree Required: Associate's degree in social work or related field, 2 years' experience with families and children ages, birth to five preferred.

Hours: Full Time/Seasonal

(This position will have orientation July 13th-15th. Family Advocates will begin full time hours on July 27th.)

Pay Rate: The compensation for this position is $19.47/hour

Preferred candidates will have experience:

• Planning and implementing family events.
• Collaborating with community partners and attending community events.
• Recruitment and enrollment of children and families.
• Assessing family needs, goal setting, and making community referrals.
• Maintaining required follow-up and documentation.
• Relate positively with young children and families. 
• Work cooperatively with other team members.
• Meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency. 
• Work occasional evenings and weekends.
