About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a full-time Family Intervention Provider. The Family Intervention Provider will provide support to children and families who have experienced trauma, are at-risk for system involvement, and/or current foster, adoptive, and kinship families through the provision of skill-building interventions and care coordination. The Family Intervention Provider will also provide community education and outreach. This position could be based in Sheldon or Sioux Center, IA. 

Salary Range

$22.00-$26.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is required
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families is required
• This position requires some travel, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
• Previous experience working with foster, adoptive, and/or kinship families is preferred but not required
