Step into a busy Houston family law practice where you will handle a steady caseload, represent clients in court, and play a meaningful role in guiding families through important life transitions.

About the Role
This position focuses primarily on divorce, custody, and related family law matters, with exposure to additional areas such as support and protective orders.

You will manage your own caseload, work directly with clients, and represent matters in court. This is a hands-on role for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of their cases while working within a supportive team environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Houston — our team thrives on day-to-day collaboration and the energy of working together in person. We are actively adding to our team and are ready to move forward with the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution
• Conduct client consultations and provide clear, practical legal guidance
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and case stakeholders
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to keep matters progressing efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Confidence in courtroom appearances and client representation
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters effectively
• A professional, reliable attorney who takes ownership of their work

• Base Salary: $80,000 to $150,000, commensurate with your experience
