Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location: Naples, Florida. This role is primarily on-site, allowing you to work closely with our attorneys, clients, and support team. Limited remote flexibility may be available when appropriate.

Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar, have 5+ years of associate attorney experience, including at least 2+ years of family law experience, and be comfortable independently managing their own cases.

Job Description

• Independently manage a caseload of divorce, marital, and family law matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Advise clients on divorce, parenting and time-sharing, support, equitable distribution, post-judgment matters, and related family law issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other substantive legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials as needed.
• Develop case strategy, negotiate resolutions, and provide clear, practical counsel throughout each matter.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff while maintaining strong ownership of deadlines, client communication, and case progression.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of associate attorney experience.
• 2+ years of directly relevant family law experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Required Years as Associate: 5+
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 5 to 6 years: $110K to $120K; 7 to 9 years: $120K to $140K; 10+ years: $140K to $160K+. Client provided approximately $110K or higher depending on experience; individual bands are recruiter estimates.
