Family Law Attorney - Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution, including: Representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related proceedings

• Conducting client consultations, providing clear legal guidance, and setting realistic expectations

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and court filings. Managing cases through all stages of litigation, including hearings, mediations, and trials

• Appearing in court to advocate on behalf of clients and Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes efficiently and professionally

• Collaborating with legal staff and fellow attorneys to ensure timely and high-quality case handling

• Maintaining accurate case documentation and compliance with Texas family law procedures

• Delivering compassionate, client-centered service while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards

What you Bring:

• Must have 3-5+ years of experience

• Must have active TX Bar and experience working cases in the state

• Must be willing to work in office M-F

• Open to working in Dallas

Competitive Compensation:
