Summary:
A mid-sized, full-service firm seeks a Family Law Associate to join its growing practice group. Ideal for a Pennsylvania-barred attorney with 1–4 years of experience, this role involves representing clients in divorce, custody, and support matters, along with trial preparation and regular court appearances. The position offers direct collaboration with experienced attorneys, meaningful client work, and a structured path for professional development.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and adoption matters


• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements


• Conduct legal research and prepare mediation or expert statements


• Prepare clients and materials for trial, depositions, and hearings


• File court documents and maintain accurate case files


• Collaborate with senior counsel on business development and billing targets

Experience You’ll Need:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania


• 1–4 years of family law and trial experience (Common Pleas/Superior Court)


• Familiarity with Orphans' Court and Prothonotary’s Office procedures


• Strong writing, research, and courtroom preparation skills


• Experience with electronic court filing and iManage a plus


• Active Notary license preferred
