A well-established North Carolina law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC. You'll manage a caseload of complex family law matters, represent clients in court, and provide compassionate, strategic legal counsel. This is a client-first firm with a strong team culture and an excellent reputation in family law.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution


• Appear in court and advocate effectively during litigation


• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients


• Draft legal pleadings, reports, and settlement agreements


• Negotiate on behalf of clients and prepare for trial when necessary

Experience You’ll Need

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina


• At least 1 year of experience practicing family law


• Strong courtroom and litigation background


• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
