What you will be doing:

• Handle a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution


• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies


• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements


• Collaborate with support staff and fellow attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services


• Directly interact with clients.

Experience you will need:

• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.


• 3-10 years of experience in family law.


• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


• Compassionate, professional, and able to manage emotional family law matters with sensitivity
