A well-established law firm in Morgantown, West Virginia, is seeking a Family Law Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and contested family law cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and related litigation
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Develop and execute strategic case plans from start to finish
• Maintain professional, empathetic client communication

Required Qualifications

• Active West Virginia law license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of family law or litigation experience preferred
• Comfortable appearing in court and managing hearings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
