Family Law Paralegal

Our client's Family Law Paralegal will assist attorneys in legal matters, primarily within Family Law. You will have the opportunity to facilitate positive change through excellent client service during emotionally challenging times.

Your day to day will include:

Assist attorneys by preparing legal documents such as letters, briefs, pleadings,
interrogatories, subpoenas, and affidavits for review and approval.

File all court documents with the appropriate court system and maintain meticulous electronic and paper files for easy access.

Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, coordinating client meetings, filing motions, and managing witness coordination.

Act as a professional liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff, ensuring high standards of communication.

You need to have: 

2-3 years of NJ Family Law paralegal experience

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and respond to
inquiries

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Teams and SharePoint

Ability to work regularly in-office (Burlington County, NJ)

Even better if you have:

Bilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish
