The Department of Family Medicine, Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a full time board certified/board eligible physician to join at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.  Job duties are listed below:

• Participate in direct supervision of resident patient care in the office, hospital, and other settings as training and service needs dictate.
• Participate in education of medical students and other learners commensurate with interest, ability, and desire.
• Maintain a clinical practice exclusive of his or her supervisory duties including timely documentation.
• Take a leadership role in facilitating delivery of well child care in practice including maintaining up to date vaccination program and facilitate well child curriculum and registry maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Family Medicine residency training.  Obstetrics is desired but not required. Academic experience desirable.
