We’re hiring a Family Medicine Faculty Physician who wants to spend more time shaping future physicians while maintaining a meaningful connection to patient care.

You’ll step into an outpatient academic role built around approximately 60% residency education and 40% direct patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and develop Family Medicine residents while continuing to practice clinical medicine.

• You are Board Certified in Family Medicine
• You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Florida medical license

• Graduate Medical Education experience is strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $220,000, with higher compensation based on experience
• Performance bonus opportunity up to $30,000 annually
