Base Salary: $264,000 – $300,000 + Bonuses & Loan Repayment

Position Overview

We are actively hiring Board-Certified Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians for full-time, permanent positions in our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinics across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with no hospital rounding and a strong focus on work-life balance, supported by generous compensation, loan repayment, and retention bonuses.

Clinic Locations Available:

• Portland, OR
• Salem, OR
• Eugene, OR
• Beaverton, OR
• Vancouver, WA
• Longview, WA
   

What You’ll Do:

• See 15–20 patients per day in a large, well-supported multi-specialty outpatient clinic
• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
   

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $264,000 – $300,000
• Sign-On Bonus and Annual Retention Bonuses ($20,000/year paid as $750 per pay period)

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $25,000/year for 5 years

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Clear medical license and clean record
• Not a former employee of Client, and have not applied within the past 90 days
• Enthusiastic about patient-centered care and teamwork
• Open to recent residency graduates
