Full-Time | Outpatient Community Health

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care clinic serving a diverse and underserved patient population. This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, relationship-based medicine, and working within a supportive, mission-driven environment. The clinic operates fixed-site community locations, a mobile care program, and a resource center focused on addressing social determinants of health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an assigned patient panel

• Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies

• Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care

• Collaborate with specialists and care teams as needed

• Participate in call coverage, quality initiatives, and staff meetings

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active, unrestricted California medical license

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification

• Community health or FQHC experience preferred

• Bilingual skills a plus

Compensation
$230,880 – $300,144 annually (depending on experience)
