Credentialing Timeframe:	2 weeks on average
Work Schedule:	5x8 schedule Will try and be flexible if the provider wants a 4x10 schedule, need to make sure they have enough support staff for 10\-hour days.
Patient Volume:	20\-22 patients per day
Cases/ Procedures:	Bread\-and\-Butter Primary Care Position Must be comfortable seeing newborns \- geriatric. NO exceptions. Wellness visits Annual physicals Sick visits Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) Medication management and refills
EMR:	Epic
License Needed:	CA
Certifications Needed:	BC
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:	FQHC experience preferred and Epic
Other additional pertinent information:	No GP Spanish speakers are preferred, not required
