Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM or 4 8/hr days (NOT 4 10s)

Patient Volume:

Average of 18-20 patients per day. MUST see 9 minimum patients per 4 hours. 

Procedures:

Will be dealing with a ton of complex patients. Chronic care, pain management, etc. Can't refer patients out. Must be comfortable prescribing Schedule II's. 

EMR:

EPIC - Must have experience. 

Licensure Needed:

CA 

Certifications Needed:

DEA and BLS/ACLS  - BC/BE required

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:

MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health. 

Interview Schedule/Preferences:

Name clear. Presentation then reviewed my Med Director/Site Director. Zoom call and offer. 

Other additional pertinent information:

For credentialing: MUST have 3 references within 2 years. Client runs own background check/NPDB. Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) and if not up to date on immunizations, MUST wear mask all day in clinic.
