Support Staff: RNs: 1, MAs: 2

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: No
Temporary Privileges Available: No
Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Required
- General outpatient

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified required
Licenses: Licensed in CA
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Board Eligible considered (5 years or less since residency)
Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency in Epic, Chart closure within 72 hours

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
Manage chronic pain conditions.
Ensure chart closure within 72 hours.
See a minimum of 18 patients per day.
Collaborate with support staff including RNs and MAs.
