Schedule

• Full-time | .8 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Redwood Falls  

• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm 

• 4-day work week (2 Days in Clinic, 2 Days at Lower Sioux Clinic) 

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $112,518.85-128,651.12 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current NP certification or Minnesota Physician Assistant licensure (or eligibility)
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
• DEA registration prior to receiving clinical privilege
