- Mon - Thur OR Tue - Fri : 8a -5p (9 hours guaranteed) O/T after 10hours

• Patient Volume: 15 -18

• Support Staff:3 MA,1 PA/NP,2 Office Staff

• Duties: Required to Provide care to all ages with acute & chronic needs

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active MT License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• ACLS,BLS,PALS
