Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC required (Certified)
Licenses: Licensed in CA
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS, CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting
Other Qualifications: Chart closure within 72 hours, Epic EMR proficiency

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a mixed patient population of pediatrics and adults.
Manage chronic pain conditions as part of the overall patient caseload.
Maintain an average patient volume of 18 patients per day (PPD) in an outpatient setting.
Ensure accurate and timely medical chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters.
Collaborate effectively with support staff including RNs and MAs.
