Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Compensation: $240,000
• Earning Potential: $350,000+
• Stipend for Residents: $2,000 per month while in residency – a unique opportunity to ease the transition to practice!

Practice Details:

• Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Electronic Medical Records: EPIC
• Scope of Practice: Outpatient only, no OB

Role Responsibilities:
As a Family Medicine Outpatient Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. More 18+ however, client prefers candidates who have experience seeing adolescent patients (13-18 year olds).
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

Requirements

• Clear/ Active license 
• DEA license 
• Board Certified in IM or FM. 
• 2+ years of experience in Primary / Family Medicine in an outpatient setting
