Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only primary care position (Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Family Medicine without OB)
• Monday through Friday schedule, with a flexible 4.5-day workweek
• Collaborative clinic with 30+ providers across various specialties
• Open to new residency graduates
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $250,000 to $357,000
• Compensation may include productivity-based bonuses, quality and performance incentives, call stipends, and other cash-based benefits
• CME allowance and comprehensive benefits package included
• Salary range provided in compliance with state requirements and may vary depending on experience and other factors

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine 
• Active and Clear California Medical License
• Current DEA license
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Comfortable working in a large, integrated healthcare system
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive primary care for all ages
• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
• Open to both experienced physicians and recent residency graduates
