Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a growing team of healthcare professionals. This full-time, employed position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Candidates with an interest in robotic-assisted procedures will be highly valued, although this is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals across all age groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
• Accurately maintain patient records and follow evidence-based care protocols.
• Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $300,000 guaranteed
• Incentives: Productivity-based bonus opportunities
• Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs

Work Schedule:

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Practice
• Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri
• Interest in robotic-assisted surgery (preferred but not required)
