Job Description - Family Medicine Physician

- Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour

- Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position

Requirements:

• Active VT License

• BC/BE in FM/IM

• BLS

• DEA

• Clean Record
