Family Medicine Physician

Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our integrated care team in Newton, KS. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you'll deliver outpatient primary care in collaboration with behavioral health providers, nurses, and care coordinators.

You'll focus on whole-person, evidence-based care, without the pressures of excessive on-call duties. Supported by a strong clinical team and modern in-house resources, you'll be empowered to make a real impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

What You'll Do

· Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages

· Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model

· Use evidence-based protocols to manage acute and chronic conditions

· Foster long-term relationships with patients and support lifestyle changes

· Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities

· Document care using our electronic health record system

Qualifications:

· Active license in Kansas (or eligible)

· Commitment to providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
