Case Mix: General family medicine, Well woman care, Pediatrics

EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: RNs: 1, MAs: 1, PA/NPs: 1, Office Staff: 6

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: No
Temporary Privileges Available: No

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Required:
- Well woman care
- Toddler (1 -2 years)
- Child (3 -13 years)
- Adolescent (13 -18 years)
- General outpatient

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Eligible
Licenses: Active WI license or willing to obtain
Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages
Collaborate with onsite Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a team -based setting
Maintain a flexible clinic schedule, with ability to adjust start/stop times as needed
Manage a patient volume of 15 -20 patients per day
No inpatient or on -call responsibilities required
