Patient Demographics: Newborns, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Volume/Census: Up to 21 patients per day
Case Mix: Walk -in/Acute Care, Chronic Disease Management

EMR System: Epic
Specialty Backup Available: Onsite Pediatrician

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 2 -3 weeks

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Injections
IUD placement
Minor wound care

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active WA License
Board: Required
DEA: Active WA DEA Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (to be confirmed during credentialing)
Experience: Open to new grads (MD only). Clean background required.
Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian speaking is a plus. COVID and Flu vaccination required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population (newborns to geriatrics) in a community health center setting.
Manage acute walk -in visits and chronic disease management, ensuring high -quality, patient -centered care.
Perform basic outpatient procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MAs, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician) to coordinate patient care.
Utilize EPIC EHR for accurate documentation, ordering, and patient management.
