Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Aurora, Colorado.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role focused on adult and pediatric primary care within mission-driven community health environment
• Flexible scheduling structure offering 4-day or 5-day work week options
• Sustainable outpatient workload with maximum patient volume of 18 patients daily
• Opportunity to serve diverse and underserved patient populations within collaborative care model
• Established community healthcare organization with strong provider support structure

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $203,734-$233,216 annually
• Quarterly bonus incentives
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week
• Outpatient-only structure
• No call responsibilities
• No weekends

ROLE
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care to adult and pediatric patients
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease treatment
• Deliver patient-centered care within community health setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
