POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care position serving patients across the lifespan
• Practice within a mission-driven community healthcare organization
• Team-based care environment with full clinical support staff
• Established clinical workflows designed to support efficient patient care
• Focus on comprehensive family medicine in a rural community setting
• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Monday through Friday
• Outpatient Practice Setting

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary Starting at $220,000+ (Based on Experience)
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $75,000

• Active Ohio Medical License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED
