Job Description - Family Medicine Physician | Northwestern Illinois

• Full time family medicine position with option for outpatient only or traditional inpatient and outpatient practice

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventative care chronic disease management and acute care

• Work within a well established practice with strong patient volume and referral base

• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team based environment

• Utilize modern EMR system and clinical support staff for efficient workflow

• Serve a diverse patient population across all age groups

• Opportunity for long term growth within a stable organization

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain

• Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians

• Strong interest in primary care and continuity of care

• Ability to work in a collaborative team oriented setting
