Healthcare United is seeking a Board -Certified or Board -Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient multi -specialty practice in Manhattan, New York.

This opportunity is ideal for a Family Medicine physician interested in outpatient primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute visits, patient education, and coordination with specialty providers.

The incoming physician will work with a diverse patient population in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on high -quality, accessible medical care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
  
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  
• Ability to manage a diverse outpatient patient panel in a fast -paced clinical setting
