Compensation:

• Base salary $225,000 - $300,000

Location Options:

• NY - Geneva, Clyde, Seneca Falls, Waterloo
• PA - Reading, Kenhorst, Kutztown, Sinking Spring, Boyertown, West Reading

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for individuals and families
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians and support staff
• Participate in shared phone call coverage only no inpatient or hospitalist duties
• Help lead and shape quality improvement initiatives within a patient-first culture

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine (Required)
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
