Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Location: Menifee, California
Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Only | 40 Hours per Week
Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000 annually (depending on specialty and experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Position Overview

Join a mission-driven, nonprofit community health center serving Riverside and surrounding areas. We’re seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient-only setting.
This is a stable weekday role—Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM—with no nights, weekends, or inpatient call.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute visits.

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.

• Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations.

• Provide prenatal or postnatal care (as within training and scope).

• Coordinate referrals and transitions of care.

• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including nursing and behavioral health.

• Participate in meetings, quality initiatives, and staff training.

• Precept medical students or residents as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Active California medical license.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Arabic preferred.

Compensation

• Family Medicine: $268,000 – $363,000 annually

• Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000 annually

• Monthly performance incentive bonus

• Four hours per week of protected administrative time
