Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care with obstetrics services
• Deliver prenatal, obstetric, and postpartum care within scope of practice
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across all ages
• Perform routine preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
• Participate in a high-volume, team-based outpatient practice environment
• Utilize protected administrative time for care coordination and documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $230,000 – $325,000
• wRVU-based incentive compensation model
