Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) for Southern Missouri Community Health Center in West Plains, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services for patients across the lifespan.
• Opportunity to perform obstetrical deliveries; obstetrics participation is optional.
• Practice approximately 80% Family Medicine and 20% Obstetrics.
• Perform office procedures including IUD placement, Nexplanon insertion, and circumcisions based on training.
• Collaborate with hospital partners, referral staff, and clinical leadership to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuity of care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive base salary of $210,000-$220,000.
• $100 bonus for every delivery performed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• FMOB training or experience preferred for physicians performing obstetrics.
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure.
• Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine.
