Doya Natsu Healing Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally responsive behavioral health services to youth, adults, and families. What You'll Do
Provide family-centered behavioral health services, including:
Assessments and treatment planning
Individual, group, and family therapy
Family treatment curriculum facilitation
Follow-up and recovery support services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
Develop and manage family programming for youth and families
Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health system
Deliver strength-based, culturally grounded care, incorporating traditional Native healing approaches
What We're Looking For
Licensed in Wyoming (or equivalent) as:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAT/LPC, or Psychologist
Experience in family therapy and working with co-occurring disorders
Knowledge of DSM-5, ICD-10, and ASAM criteria
Strong group facilitation and communication skills
Understanding of Native American cultural values and healing practices (Red Road)
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Requirements
Valid driver's license with good driving record
No felony or DUI convictions within the past 3 years
Ability to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 90 days)
Commitment to a recovery-oriented lifestyle
