Family Nurse Practitioner

As an FNP, you will play a critical role in providing holistic and comprehensive healthcare services to families across diverse populations. This position involves diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions, conducting patient education, and promoting preventive care. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization.
• Current RN and FNP licensure in the applicable state.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (e.g., AANP, ANCC).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse patients.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in nursing practice.
