Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
• Conduct routine physical examinations and health screenings
• Provide telemedicine consultations as needed and ensure effective follow-up care

• Valid nurse practitioner license in the state
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) credential
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
