Family Nurse Practitioner - FNP

Our goal is to promote health and wellness by delivering exceptional care and building lasting relationships with our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform wellness exams.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $130,000-$170,000 annually.The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors. Actual compensation may also vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity.
