We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants independent practice, a highly flexible workweek, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role with the autonomy to practice independently while still having the support of a collaborative, integrated healthcare team focused on providing high-quality community care.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an unrestricted Virginia Nurse Practitioner license
• You hold current BLS certification with hands-on practicum
• You hold a DEA license to prescribe medication, if applicable
• You’re comfortable practicing independently
• One year of clinical experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $108,000–$140,000
